History of the Journal
The Revista de Derecho Civil is a project launched in 2014, born out of the collaboration between notaries and registrars, and professors of Civil Law. The journal draws on the experience accumulated by the website www.notariosyregistradores.com since June 2001.
Under the presidency of Mr. José Antonio Escartín Ipiéns and the editorship of Ms. Teodora Torres García, the RDC ranked first among Spanish private law journals in 2022, according to Dialnet Metrics. The journal has also been indexed for several years in the Web of Science and Scopus, as well as in other indexing and evaluation resources.
